Oscar Valdez knocks out Miguel Berchelt to take WBC title in upset

Oscar Valdez defeated the heavy favorite Miguel Berchelt by knock-out to capture the WBC super featherweight title. Both fighters started very cautious, feeling each other out.
In round four Valdez hurt Berchelt badly a knockdown was called as the ropes held him up. Valdez scored a second knockdown in the 9th round. In the 10th Berchelt had no
answers for Valdez who was unloading. At the end of the round, Valdez landed a big hook that knocked Berchelt out cold.
