Featherweight world titlist Leo Santa Cruz came into his defense against late replacement Rafael Rivera
as a massive favorite. Santa Cruz put on a clinic in a one-sided unanimous decision victory. All three
judges scored the bout the same, 119-109. Santa Cruz retained his featherweight belt for the third time.
