Jai Opetaia outpoints Mairis Briedis in tough battle

Australian Jai Opetaia scored a terrific 12-round unanimous decision win over Mairis Briedis to claim the IBF cruiserweight title. Jay Opetaia had to survive a torrid late rally
from Briedis to do so. Judges scorecards; 116-112, 116-112 and 115-113 all in favor of Opetaia.
