Gervonta Davis scores vicious TKO win over Rolando Romero

For the first part of the fight challenger Rolando Romero fought a smart fight using his jab to keep Davis away. In round six the champion landed a picture perfect counter
punch to end the night, sending Romero face first into the ropes before sliding down to the canvas.

WBA "Regular" Lightweight champion Gevonta Davis retained his belt with a close decision win over tough Mexican challenger Isaac Cruz. Cruz came right at Davis from the
opening bell. Davis boxed smart by using his jab and staying on the outside. Cruz was relentless and never gave up. In the end the superior boxing skills of Davis won him
the fight by scores of; 116-112 and twice 115-113.
